Procedures
For all losses that require an investigation, we will adhere to the following minimum reporting criteria:
1. First Advice to the Insurers within 24 hours of return to the office following the initial site inspection and notification 2. Issue a full Preliminary Report where required within 7 working days thereafter 3. Triwin’s management control ensures all large losses are subject to an internal peer review system 4. Interim Reports to be issued as appropriate. 5. Issue a Final Report within 7 working days of quantum being agreed
All reports can be issued via e-mail, courier, fax and regular mail, in both Chinese and English, according to the client’s requirement. Significant developments on each claim will be communicated to all interested parties and Brokers/Insurers /Reinsures will be regularly appraised in accordance with the agreed reporting format on the progress of claims.
