Jacky has over 19 years working experiences, among which 17 years are in loss adjusting industry. He possessed a  
wealth of knowledge and experiences of insurance claim handling with excellent analytical, negotiating and problem  
solving skills. Jacky supervised or assisted handling many claims in "9.11" incident, including Property All Risk, Liability,  
Business Interrupt, etc. He has handled over 1000 cases in total, involving Property All Risk, Machinery Breakdown,  
Construction/Installation All Risk and Liability. One of his largest cases is a fire in an electronic components manufacturing  
company, which was claimed over RMB100,000,000.00.  

Jacky J. W. Huang is a PRC Certificated Loss Adjuster, Senior Associate of ANZIIF, and Chinese Loss Adjuster qualified by  
China Insurance Association for the first time.  
Jacky is fluent in written and spoken English. 


Zhihe Luo  Adjuster 

Graduated from Guangzhou Technical School of Mechanics & Electronics

Mechanical & Electrical Engineer 

Zhihe Luo graduated from Guangzhou Technical School of Mechanics & Electronics in 1986, majoring Mechanics. He  
continued his study and later graduated from Guangzhou Spare-Time University majoring English in 1989. During his  
24 years of working experience, Zhihe has been working in Guangzhou Refrigerator Factory, Guangzhou Youli Mold Co.  
Ltd., Mattel Inc. (world’s biggest toy company) Guangzhou and Shenzhen office. From QC engineer, to Mold designer,  
Product Engineer and Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Zhehe has built solid and valuable experience in every process  
of a factory.  

Johnson Ye   Adjuster 

Bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology 
PRC Certified Loss Adjuster
 

Johnson graduated from Guangdong University of Technology in 2010, majoring Chemical Engineering and Technology.  
He joined the company in June, 2010. Johnson has good communication and negotiation skills. He is handling property  
insurance and marine insurance claims. One of the biggest claims Johnson involved was for a famous home appliances 
company in Guangdong. The claim amount was over RMB20,000,000.  
 

Feiso Ma   Adjuster 

Bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Zhongkai University of Agriculture & Engineering 
PRC Certified Loss Adjuster 

Feiso graduated from Zhongkai University of Agriculture & Engineering in 2009, majoring Environmental Engineering. Feico  
is client oriented. He is now handling property insurance and marine insurance claims. He has handled over 100 cases,  
including a couple of cases with over RMB1,000,000 claim amount.  

Grey Zhang  Adjuster 

Bachelor’s degree of Science from China Medicine University 
PRC Certificated Loss Adjuster 

Grey Zhang graduated from China Medicine University in 2010, majoring Bio Technology, and he joined Triwin in the same  
year. Grey is fluent in both Chinese and English. He is always willing to learn. Grey is now in charge of property insurance  
and marine cargo insurance claims.
